no they sell on ebay for a dollar or more all day long so you will make a profit on them and any profit is a good deal congrats!

Even though my guess was $5, that is only because I thought you stole them. Even common date wheats usually sell for $9-$12 for a BU PDS set of a year on the bay.

If they are selling for that much .. I will be picking up more.
I know I can pick up coins like that at pretty low prices ..
But then I have hundreds in 2X2 boxes .. that I have not done anything with for years.
I will say again .. if they are upgrades for your collections .. you did good.
It might be interesting to take your 1942S to that coin shop .. see what they offer you ...

I had been slowly finding good deals on ebay for BU wheats, but it's been taking me quite a while because those deals are far and few between. I saw these at a dollar a piece and thought this would be a great chance to get a huge portion of my later date wheats looking good. I guess throwing in the yard sale part threw everyone off considering a lot of yard sale finds are a real steal and with everyone starting to reply with really low guesses, I was beginning to think I had the wrong prices in my head! Thanks everyone.

Great score! I've been to quite a few yard sales this summer and so far not one has had coins of any kind.

I think that's an awesome deal, I actually got almost all my 1940-1956 pennies in UNC, most not BU, for $1 a piece. Fantastic deal, and those small dates are pretty darn nice.
Great buy! I'm jealous.

Just one more reason I love yard/garage/estate sales. You just never know.

Nice find! Gotta love tag/yard/garage sales! I think a dollar each sounds like a decent deal. As said they sell for at least that on ebay, and taking into account you got them all in one shot definitely not too shabby at all!! I actually had a great tag sale day today as well.. It can be read about here: https://goccf.com/t/157175I got 4 MS 1964 Kennedy's and a circulated Mercury dime for $30... A bit under spot, and the halfs were MS so pretty good indeed. Photos in the link above.

I would say a buck each is a good deal too. I think I paid an average of $2.00 each for my BU cents of the same dates. The 1960 small date was even more, so I think you did good!

Yeah that's not bad at all in my opinion, I feel like you'd pay a lot more buying them individually...

$1 a piece!? That's a great deal for sure! I've been struggling to find ANY BU wheatie from 1935 to 1958 for less than $4 a piece on ebay or at the two LCS I go to. Good grab!
