The dark areas appear to be luster breaks.
If they are then the graders will make a best guess as to the cause.
If they think mishandling (slider) then it could be as low as AU-58.
If they think normal Mint handling probably MS-65.
This is one of those coins that has to be viewed in-hand.

I would have to guess it's another 67. I love any WLH that looks like a ASE in a photograph. Very nice.  |

I think those breaks in the luster on the high points are not serious enough to actually constitute wear.

I'm looking for 66+ minimum, with some thumb, as white as possible and PCGS/CAC so it makes it a bit difficult. |
