I feel your pain...I thought I'd be content with Canadian decimals 1858 - 1967. Then I started looking at maritime coins .

All I can say is that my chartered banknote and dominion of Canada banknote collection is suffering!!

It's not the coin's fault - it's the CFL's for not giving you a better game to watch.

Ain't that the truth..... course as a Bomber fan... I feel it's amazing I haven't spent 10K or more at this point!

Only a few more heads need to roll out of front office before that club will turn around... Funny thing is that they mentioned Jeff Reinbolt as the old head coach of the bombers... That REALLY was the beginning of the end for that club... bringing him in... after that it's almost been one head case after another with management willing to cut ties to preserve their own jobs... argh.. this is the forum to get me going on the Bombers...

darn coins! darn Bombers... I think I might take up gardening.. sheesh!

I think we all need help. I decided 2 yrs ago to slow down on my buying of doubles and 'good deals'
Just forgot to implement the plan.

That's just for this football season... I actually may be close to 10K thinking about all my notes I have... and easy if you count the silver and gold... but I don't consider that numismatics... just bullion.

I think for coins I may be around the 5K spent.. which means its probably only worth 2k.... and most of it is just common stuff... I think I own maybe 5 coins that are graded... and maybe two that are MS grade... seriously still a huge noob...

But dang do I love it...

On a side note.. anyone want a bonsai? I'm going to be building my greenhouse next summer... but to keep me away from the coins and out of too much trouble... I've gotta start growing something... perhaps cedars.. *shrugs* I dunno... figure something out

You know you are addicted to coins when the only thing you watch is the coin toss at the beginning of the CFL game.

ive come across a few gardens where it seemed someone was trying to grow beer, but all there was was the buried bottle caps. I imagine coins will do about the same.

i grew tobacco last year. that keeps a person pretty busy.
