That is a beauty of a '57, I think I have a few out in my Driveway that could fetch a few hundred!

those other listings are unreal, he is an obvious thief looking to prey on a newbie collector.

I call troll - for some reason, I don't think this is a serious attempt at scamming people.

I agree. I don't think a scammer would price those things that high.

The cert # is for a 1957D MS 66 BN, but not the same coin. NGC price guide ? $16.25

But at least his recpro saw is priced right.

I'm sure I'm the least expert person on this board but I can spot about a dozen things wrong with this. My faith in humanity makes me think this is a prank or a bar bet of who can get the lowest customer rating of ebay!

maybe the seller does not know any better and someone has misguided them and they have not done their own research etc... this person could be looking to prey upon the ignorant or they could just simply be ignorant themselves. We should not judge them as criminal as our first reaction versus taking a step back and understanding other reasons. Has anyone here actually messaged the seller and tried to educate them? Ask them their intentions? Point them to this forum?

I grade the 1957D as XF40. It is most likely a joke by some one with knowledge on coins.

I guess he should get reported for citing TPG grades--but who's really going to bite?
