I think it is a 65. I would have gambled depending on price as well.

If I paid low MS money for it, I'd be very pleased. Bet you come out a winner. Keep us posted (looks minimum 64 from my standpoint).

 solid, looks like a textbook 63 to me... I'm definitely not seeing any signs of wear at all... Just a bit "baggy" in front of the face...

I agree with MS-63. The cheek looks clean enough for a 64 but there is too many marks in the obverse fields.
