It was hard to choose the Morgan dollar for the Dollar Type, but additions can always be made afterwards, especially since I have a couple that are at PCGS getting TrueViewed.

I see nothing questionable about that color. Still an exceptional Seated that almost looks prooflike.

From what I recall from Stacks Bowers, this coin (1849 Seated Liberty dollar) and many others were consigned for auction, raw, housed in their envelopes, which have been stored for numerous years and sent to PCGS for certification and grading and this one (and a few others) came back with "Questionable Color", but were auctioned off anyway.
