Awesome! I have tried a few jewelry stores and got nothing but weird looks when I asked if they have any coins. :(

Wow... Boy am I jealous.
Shame the guy running the place doesn't know what he's doing... I don't think I could handle seeing him touch and drop a coin like that.

The jewelry stores I've tried here in Dallas only buy coins they don't sell to the public (so they say), I'm guessing because most of them know about valuations and Heritage (being local) they probably save them for a wholesaler that comes through and takes all their buys off them. In SoCal I had pretty good luck, and regularly picked some great VAM Morgans from bullion buckets of coins sold at slightly over melt values, but nothing quite as nice as these two coins posted! Thanks guys! Yea the owner is so loaded that he doesn't care about the numismatic value. its all bullion to him. He charges WAYY more then my other spots but I cant get anything on this level anywhere else. He gets unc rolls of 2.5 and $5 gold regularly.

I'm sorry if it's been dropped on the floor twice I can't pay a premium. Of course I'll be a sport and pay for the slab lets make it $250 and call it a day.
