I can see what you mean wheatchaser. The coin doesn't look cleaned in person, but it does a little bit in the picture. Thanks for the input guys.

If you have a smartphone, you should try PCGS's app Photograde. Great reference for grading any coin.

I might be missing something here but I think it is around MS 63 (according to TPG standards). Anyone care to inform me what I am missing here?

It's just the lighting, you can see the cartwheel effect, MS64 for me

Yup I'll betcha this was shot in natural daylight causing the gunmetal look. 63

Based on the better photos now posted, I can see just a hint of wear to the hair above the ears and the top of the cap, as well as minimally on the eagle's breast. I still don't like the look of the surfaces, and the apparent lack of any marks. I'll come up to AU58, but I still think it'd go "details" if submitted for certification.
