I got the fifth (and final) 2014-P quarter from my brother yesterday; the Florida Everglades.

I still haven't found ANY 2014-D mintage quarters yet, as well as the 2013-D Mount Rushmore, so I'm sitting at missing 6 circulated quarters. As stated earlier, I did buy all of the 2014 coins from the mint, but am hoping to find them 'wild' so I don't have to break open my mint packages.

How it's getting close to the time when 2015's will be issued.

On a side note, does the US Mint have ceremonies in each state when their coins are released? I've heard that it has happened on occasion, but not sure if it's a regular thing. I heard that the Mint will hand out rolls of new quarters at face value on these occasions. If this is true, I am hoping that the Michigan quarter gets pushed back in 2018 to Summer or Fall, as driving up to the U.P. in January or February would be terrible, if not almost impossible.

I was on a tour of mostly New York. Went down to Pennsylvania, Delaware, and DC for a day each (not in order), and passed Maryland and New Jersey. Left early and returned late, quite a lot of the time was spent on the bus.

I've been pulling both state and atbs out of circulation for about a month now. I have 13 atbs and 28 ordinary states.

Only used a change machine once, and that's cause I needed change. I did get quite a few nice quarters out of it though.

I haven't found any but 2013s lately I have a folder I'm trying to fill from circulation. 2013 is full, but I only have 2-3 from 2010-2012. Haven't seen the latest 2014's yet, either.

I finally found two Everglades, both "P" of course so that means I've finally found all 5 2014's in the wild!

Arches are far and away the most common ATB Quarter in circulation around here

I have seen pretty much all the ATB's here (mid-atlantic region) but only 'P' mints. I may have found about 2 or 3 'D' mint in circulation. I have been buying the Circulating Coins sets from the mint though, and groups of the 'S' mints since 2012 from ebay, so I have them all except the 2014 'S' which I haven't ordered yet.

I say they woild be out there more eventially. I buy $100 in quarters maybe once once a month to look through. The first few years are super tough to find. Of the ones I do find the majority are in uncirculated condition.

Here, whenever I buy rolls of quarters they are solid mint state rolls of either Everglades or Mount Rushmore. At first it was nice, but I wish I could get a little more variety

I think Mt Rushmore is my favorite.

I'm really having fun with this whole State Quarter thing. Just got this from a grocery....

Well, I live in South Florida, and the Mint people were down here in December at Everglades National Park selling $10 rolls for face.

I have yet to see any in change, though. That's probably because being local to the area, people with any idea of what an ATB is pull them (the Mint being down here for the "launch" created a good deal of publicity.

I bought myself 5 rolls because (1) I live right on the edge of the Everglades (I can see the eastern dike from my house and sure hope it does not fail ), and (2) find the design to be very cool and absolutely right to represent the Glades.

Kevin.

I live in Southern California. I don't get a whole lot of change period because I do most of my business with an ATM card. When I do get quarters in change, the majority of it is in State Quarters. I do get some ATB Quarters and they are usually the newer ones and look like they came straight from a new bank roll. I can't say for sure how good the distribution is because I'm not collecting them other getting the new 5 ounce silver ones as they are released via mint subscription. On a somewhat unrelated note, I've found that if I go to a close by self car wash and put bills in the change machine I get brand new Presidential dollars.
