I purchased one set today, if it does go down in time like some are saying then I'll buy 4 more at that point, one set for each kid I have. But for now all I want and need is one, and that should be here any day now!

I ordered my 3 yesterday. One for the safe, one for a gift, one to flip if the money's there. Otherwise 2 (happily) for the safe!

I really believe this set will sell out and gain value. The Kennedy half is very popular with collectors and most will want these coins for their collections. For anyone waiting to buy in the hopes of the price going down because of falling silver prices, it won't happen. They'll sell out before any price decrease and I don't see any chance of these ever being available anywhere else for less than $25 per coin.

auugh! I HATE the timing on the 2014 sets!

Have been busy trying to make all efforts to get a reference book for insulators out the door. I do believe the proceeds from the book (not in it to make money though - its fun pioneering an unstudied area of a hobby) will cover the cost of the special JFK sets, but I don't like to spend money I don't have in hand!

Since I am a Kennedy half enthusiast (thanks to CCF for introducing me to the JFK coin roll hunting thread awhile ago!), I HAVE to have all the new ones to make the set "complete." So I went into the hole for the Au one, and just went into the hole for two of these sets as well.

I am using my absence from being on CCF daily as an incentive (read torturing) to complete the book. I put pressure on myself by buying the Au one, and now I add to it with a couple of these 4-piece sets!

... I am not confident enough these won't skyrocket in price beyond what I would be willing to pay in the future

I mean... c'mon... seriously... the only reverse proof JFK made?

I sure am glad 2014 is almost over or they might think of other JFKs to sell me that I have to have!

EXACTLY. And don't forget the ONLY "enhanced uncirculated" JFK. And there are some people who question whether to get this set or not.

I still would have liked a nice wooden case. Maybe I'll make one. There's a stack of cherry logs in my back yard.

All four coins are Unique to this set, even the unc. Denver , because don't forget, when is the last time Denver produced and unc. 90% Silver Kennedy half? oh that's right 1964. and there will only be 300k of each of these coins to exist. This is huge!

I like the retro look of the blue case, but wood is good.

How does anyone sell coins as PR70 when they haven't even seen then in their hands yet? I don't like the usage of fake photos either on ebay.

The ones being mailed to me should be worth the same as the one sold on ebay. Does this mean all of us just made $800.00 profit (per four pack) on our buys this week?

If I'm just stupid and not catching something please let me know.
