Otherwise expect $2 for the 40% and $5 for the 90% no matter the age unless it's a key date. If you hang on to them and you might easily get twice that one day or more.

Im not a pro, but always keep nice looking ones. You can easily get $1.75 or $2 for Silver Halves that are junk. Collectors could pay you $8 or so for Kennedys and more for Franklins & Walking Liberties.

Rolls of walking liberties actually go for a premium on ebay, usually enough to cover the fees.

Stash them away and wait for silver to go up. If you don't need the fiat money, don't convert them to it.

That's a nice little silver stash!  Put them in a box or jar that's just big enough to hold them all, and tuck it away in the back of a drawer, to be sold if you need the money later on. The other alternative is to give them away one by one to older kids that you hold near and dear. You never know, one of them might become a lifetime coin collector!  That's what got me going when I was a kid, and this coin collector bug remains with me as I approach my sunset years.
