It's VG-10 but the cleaning, if there actually any, seems market acceptable. I think it would grade.

Solid VG-8 in my book and surfaces look original. The only defects I see are a small rim bruise at 6:30 on the reverse and a tiny one at 1:30 on the obverse. They likely would not preclude a righteous grade. Very nice key date Barber, at a net price of less than zero!  |

If it has been cleaned it's retoned nicely. I'll give it VG-8 all day.

Looks original to me and 8-10. The rim bump at 6:30 on the reverse is more distracting than the potential for a light old cleaning IMO. Nice coin. I like it.

VG-10. An old cleaning would only be relevant if there were hairlines or the coin was unusually colored. Neither are evident in this example.

PS - I don't trust ANACS and never have. There's a good reason they're cheap, and we all know what it is.  |

I agree with ANACS, not sure how the other guys/gals didn't spot this one to be cleaned. You can see old cleaning.

 Yes I like it too. might have had a very light cleaning long ago. nice full rims, at least 3 letters of LIBERTY showing, very small minor issues. VG-8 TO VG-10 |
