MS65 maybe + or shot at MS66, the strike isn't as sharp as I'd like but no real marks on this coin, with great luster.

There are some marks, and I can't tell if they are on the slab or the coin.
Remember, NGC graded this coin in the raw, without plastic between coin and eye.

The Obverse grades a 64,the reverse is a bit higher. Depending on how they were feeling at NGC. Can be a 64+ to a solid 65.

NGC gave it a 65 no real markings on this coin. Friend of mine is registered with CAC he recommended sending this one off.
