I can see it as interesting coin. But like the "Forest" more.
On the Towering Forests the design looks more like 360 complete picture, while on "Ocean" coin, at least for me, it more like small images around the coin.
Don't think, that I will look to get it (unlike the first), but still good one. (Small benefits - "pumps up" the MC for those who needs it and could be deposited to the bank no loss).

Just got this from my rep....They will be two coins this year. One for June and one for October. Mintage is 25000. For the Future I am not sure yet? The first one was the Towering Forest! 2014

It was designed by Ellen Cowie, the same artist who created the previous $200 for $200 Towering Forests coin. So, the new coin's design closely resembles the previous piece in style and execution.
For me, however, the design is too busy and disjointed - I don't find it attractive.
I'm sure others will disagree!

I thought this coin was very nice, so ordered one. At the very least, you cannot lose money on it.

Quote: At the very least, you cannot lose money on it. I quite with idea of potential return. Even hot coins with the time loses value. Here you right - it always be $200. But $200 in the coin it not the same as $200 in the wallet, and to own something with the knowledge, that this coin "marked" as 'first to be sold' - better not to spend money at all.

Well, if the $200 in your wallet are 2 bills of $100 chances are that they will last but if instead of that you have 10 bills of $20, they go very fast and at the end you don't have bills neither a coin....

That's right. $200 in your wallet is there for spending. $200 in a coin is there for savings. Big difference.

That's correct, but what to save if you plan to spend?
This is also difference between living style of each of us... I or spend or do not spend, but I don't save.

Quote: They all appear to be swirling in a toilet bowl and about to be flushed. Hahaha. So I am not the only one think of this when I saw the picture. I liked the first coin but I am going to take a pass on this one.

Quote: I am going to take a pass on this one. Appropriate...considering you think it looks like a toilet! I agree with the visual image...still might get it since I have every other X for X. As far as savings...it falls somewhere between putting an additional $200 in an RRSP and using $200 to spend on beer and cigarettes....
