Code 98 is now "Any Metal Movement" ( http://www.pcgs.com/grades/), with the linked description of Quote:Damage Any form of metal movement, either intentional or accidental. Damage may include excessive or heavy rim dings and bruises, deliberate surface damage such as graffiti, attempts to remove spots, etc. The severity and extent of the damage affects whether it will get a "No Grade" decision. Whizzing is the use of a high-speed, rotating wheel to buff the surfaces of a coin, which actually moves the metal on the surface and leaves ridges on many of the devices. The following damage descriptions are some of the more common that may be indicated on your 98 graded insert. 1. Graffiti (significant distracting etchings- occasionally net graded on early coins) 2. Planchet streak removed (usually found on gold coins) 3. Spot(s) removed (leaving some form of damage that is evident) 4. Surfaces tooled (major metal movement- whizzing, lasering, tooling) 5. Machine damage (either: counting machine or Coin Wrapping Machine) 6. Rim damage (either: rim gouge or test cut) 7. Surface damage (either: large gouge/scrape, drill or chop mark) 8. Mount removed (located on either the edge or surface of coin)

Quote: What does smoothed mean? From what I know, when a coin is whizzed or tooled but can only be seen in magnification.

Smoothed is a term often used in EAC coins. Usually it involves moving the metal around to smooth out a deep gouge or hit, that has disrupted the field. Sort of like a really hot iron pushing metal back into the gouge to fill it up and make the coin smooth in the problem area.

Notice how he conveniently forgot the zero on the mintage figure, rendering it as 86,125 instead of 861,250. Here is another highly overpriced coin from the same guy-http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-1900-P-Indian-Head-Penny-1C-PCGS-PR-62-RB-Red-Brown-Certified-Proof-Coin-/261914454968?

Quote: Here is another highly overpriced coin from the same guy PR62RB? Looks like a details coin to me, always buy the coin not the holder. I wouldn't want that coin in my collection either, and if I was buying it as a coin to flip, I'd be in around $65.00-75.0 at most, then selling at $95.00-115.00.
