The obverse will not carry it to G-04. This is a textbook AG-03. But a nice coin, absolutely.

I'll tell you what - if Connor submits this to PCGS or NGC and it comes back G-04 or better, then I will pay the submission fee.

This is, without a doubt, a AG-03 coin. The date is even starting to wear into the rim - a key characteristic of AG pieces.
