After staring at the date a bit, I think it's just a tiny thread with the shadow on the coin giving an optical illusion of something else.

I don't think MS-64 is a stretch at all. The luster retains the natural bloom from portrait to rim, something absent on so many "MS" coins.

I was having a bit of fun in my earlier post, as I was the seller.
In answer to some questions, the thing on the date is some fluff that I didn't notice fell on the holder. Scratches are on the holder.
