Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me ID this? It's 9mm, 2.06g, and came identified as a Mysore 1/2 kasu, N#193406 (
https://en.numista.com/193406). That doesn't look right to me as the square pattern looks different and I don't see the elephant... or perhaps I see its tail?
On all the Mysore minor coppers I can find, the linear pattern is more of a regular grid, resembling a # sign. This appears to have a different pattern where we can see the corner of a square, as it were.
Thanks for any help!
