Lovely key date ... I suggest the carbon spots hold this one back to MS63 RB ... regardless of what TPG slab it may be in. Reverse image is too blurry to really say anyways ... trying to grade coins by photos is impossible under the best of conditions. David

Is it in a Details slab? I know ANACS grades anything uncirculated that they think has issues as MS60 (I don't see anything obvious). Looks like the ideal crack out candidate.

ANACS is very tough these days, maybe in an attempt to make up for their sins of the 1990's.

60? I guess they were on the fence with AU. I'd rather have an AU-58 over a 60!
Ideal coin to crack and submit to PCGS or NGC.

This coin has some red and a lot of lust left. In my understanding MS60 is a dull no lust uncirculated coin. I do not understand the brown and MS 60 grade.
