Great looking coin! Congrats on the purchase!
If you do send it in for PCGS certification/grading, I would have them address "the green." No sense in allowing the issue to continue and possibly result in distracting damage to the coin in the future. (I would also address it if you don't send it in for certification!)

AU details, I know PCGS or NGC or any major TPG would give it a problem grade just due to obverse nicks and ques. color.

AU details, cleaned/recolored, spot removed obverse / right field. Regardless, it's still a very scarce and very valuable coin, even if it does make my head hurt to look at it for long. I wouldn't mind owning one of these but they're all very expensive in any condition.

Update ... The PCGS Wizards have rendered their opinion ... in line with my expectations when I purchased the coin raw ... It is the King of the LWC variety ... and indeed makes me dizzy every time I gaze at the obverse. Enjoy - David

Congratulations. A beautiful example well deserving of the grade.
One of the coins everyone wants, but so few have.
