These are the ones I own. The Portugal medal is the best of the lot, much better than the cell phone pics and easily a MS65 coin.

*edit* Unfortunately can't link from any service and the site gives me an error if I try to upload.

What is the mintage of the "For a Better Understanding" DDE medallion and how is this divided up in terms of known specimens?

DrDarryl, I have in my possession an Eisenhower medal per his tour to So American, 1960; my Father piloted the President on the So American trip. Researching the coin, I found your 02/03/2017 post, with a photo of 8 USAF pilots fronting Columbine III; the phrase under the photo states, 'I found an image of the pilots from the Eisenhower presidency.' I believe the gentleman in the lower row, center is my Father. I have Google searched the photo, but no luck locating a clear photo.
I am asking much I know... is it possible your files include where you originally found this photo, and can you redirect me to that website?
I appreciate any help. Thank you.

I have a soft cover book titled "White House Staff Book 1953-1961" and has a "No. 35" on the front cover.

I did find a pdf version "No. 164" at the Eisenhower Library. The original picture is on page 76.

https://www.eisenhowerlibrary.gov/s...20Book_1.pdf

A simple bio of staff members is in this book.

I hope this helps.
