Quasi-shipwreck effect on that obverse. I'd say AU something. The reverse looks sweet.

MS-61. The grading companies are lenient with "bag marks" on double eagles. Many of these coins were used by the bag in bank-to-bank transactions, and never reached circulation via pocket/purse.

I'd be at AU-58 but I expect to see this one in an MS-61 holder.
