Unfortunately, that was not the answer of was looking for, however, I appreciate everyone's help on my obviously highly cleaned coin. So what to do with a coin like this? Any suggestions? I'm not real sure what dipped or whizzed is, can someone enlighten me?

Wizzed - a coin that has been cleaned with a mechanical process, for example buffed with high speed drill.
Dipped - the coin has been placed in a chemical solution to removed tarnish / toning.
There was a dealer who sold circulated junk common date Morgan's that were dipped and polished then sold as fun coins to be given to kids as a gift.

I was guilty of polishing a few morgans when I was a kid. They ended up looking like this. Looks like it was rubbed down using a jewelers cloth.

Gift it to a youngster. You never know what good that may start and they could end up on this same forum in no time at all!

Wow , In my opinion this coin was profusely dipped and maybe or not Polished . I don't see any indication that it was subject to a harsh and vigorous cleaning .
