I'd think it would make VF [even before I saw bill's post]. Need better photo of the obverse. Question is, which variety (of the 4 majors plus "spike") is it?

I'm going on a limb and will vote for VF-25. There looks to be good hair detail and leaf detail on the reverse.

In the old days, no way this was better than Fine. Today, VF would not surprise me, even though I would vigorously disagree.

F12, the reverse color is odd, especially compared to the reverse; a photo issue?
