Love these early commemoratives. I voted for the Pilgrim coin. It's hard to beat that beautiful rendition of the Mayflower on the reverse. But, I also am a fan of the art deco eagle on the reverse of the Bridgeport coin. Only problem with that one is that you have what looks like the Wizard of Oz (Barnum) on the OBV.
In reality, I'd like to have any of them. Still building my early commem set, too.

I ended up showing Lincoln some love.  That being said, it is a tough call since they are all nice. I love the ship on the Pilgrim and adore the eagle on the Bridgeport. I think the California has the best obverse-reverse combination. |

For myself, I have no interest at all (for now!) in these commemoratives. I think its b/c I am still working on a couple series.
However, some of the designs are very nice. I like the looks of the CA coin, so its the one I voted for.
The Alamo design and the Oregon trail you show are also some I think are beautifully designed.

I'm a old west cowboy at heart ... So I decided on the Boone. Even though he precedes the typical Hollywood cowboy historically. This coin fits in my collection best with the others I have. I do think of all the choices I posted above, they are all a good selection of attractive coins for an affordable price. I grabbed this 1935 D slabbed NGC in MS64. It was a scanned image, and I figured if the scan was nice enough, I will most likely like it in hand even better. It is not dipped, cleaned etc. So thank you all. I can't say I am done with these, but when I go to the coin show, I am going to concentrate on finding a nice $5.00 Indian and or a nice $10.00 Indian gold coin. I will come home with one or the other or hopefully both. Many of the earlier commemoratives, even though they have higher price tags, don't do a whole lot for me. The Boone was a good choice as it and the other three all offered several years and mint marks.
Grab a BTW and a Washington-Carver and you would have examples of all 6 of the most repeated commemorative.

There are a lot of very nice graded slabbed BTW and Wash Carver coins out there cheap, but they never really did anything for me.
