This is an example of buying the holder and not the coin. There is nothing in the pictures that alows for an accurate evaluation of the coin. It could be AU cleaned or MS-65.

I don't think it's a proof strike but looks to have nice fields on the obv though not so nice on the rev. Looks to have wear on the rev, so I'm going with an AU-58. Probably a litter higher but do put up new pics when you get it.

looks ms64 or better. nice strike and looks like clean fields. look forward to seeing in hand pictures.

I will go with 63 or 4 as well, but in this case,
the TPGrader looking at it in hand with a 10 loupe, is in a better position to grade it more accurately than we are.

Always harder to photograph coins behind plastic than in raw.
Lighting is the problem.
