I don't know if this would qualify its a bullion gold coin with very low mintage of 3,540 one year only and really no way of telling how many are left or if they melted any left over. Pictures

I have a 1936 Proof Walker and 1936 Proof Mercury dime. The stated proof set mintages are 3,837 though coins could have been ordered individually at the time.

The 1936 proofs were not sold in "sets". they were sold individually. Some people purchased all the coins but many purchased just the individual coins for the set they were working on. The Mintage figure you see for "sets" is the lowest mintage individual coin. In the case of the 1936 that would be the Quarter. The mintage of the dime was 4130 and the half was 3901.

I think it's now this one, 1863 3CS Proof ( CoinFacts), mintage of 460.

Thank you very much, Dlangs56. I really like Standing Liberty quarters with different shades of gray. Beautiful piece, BStrauss3!

I picked this one up a few weeks ago. The mintage isn't as low as my 1850, but at 11,000 with an estimated 350 survivors, it's a serious contender and the rarest of all Seated dollars from the civil war. The smudge on the obverse is on the holder, NOT the coin.
