EF-40, color is a little iffy to Me but I think it could just be from handling (when it was still circulating). What was the composition of the 1859 IHC's?

Not very confident with copper, but my first thought was XF-45. Nice coin.

This coin is a rough specimen indeed ,but I'll hold off saying corrosion and pitting. EF-40 , a little dark .
