The coin is exhibiting Die Deterioration Doubling. (Die wear) On the single squeeze dies this shows on the fields as a raised area. Like your coin the raised area for the date is on the right, Liberty on the left sides of the devices and tops of the letters on the motto. Yours is just starting to show on the coin the deterioration. It keeps getting worse until the die is retired. Hope this helps.

Looks like the same event is happening on the reverse as well. The cent is also showing Die Deterioration towards the rim there as well. The LIBERY is showing DD toward the rim on the left side of the devices. ( Always to the side closest to the rim)

Shouldn't 1992 be Wide AM? And is that the true color? ?

I'm sorry to break this to you, but this coin is only worth face value since Die Deterioration Doubling is a very common error and is part of normal wear and tear on the die. It's worth 1 cent. Don't sell this coin.
Errers and Varietys.

The 1992 is the normal RDV-006. ( Wide AM) The 1993 is the normal RDV-007. ( Close AM) Few of the 1992 cents have the Wrong reverse. How to tell?
