Bubbly surface + date = zinc rot. Photo is good enough to see that.

Similar bubbles found on many pennies from the 80's to 90's. Mint was still learning how to plate coins I guess.

It's just some plating bubbles. Doesn't increase the value of the coin.

More like Lincoln snots. Looks just like he just let loose a nose shower, and probably had to clean the first beard afterwards. (I also have one that looks like Lincoln has a Mohawk)
