Don't like the dings that BadDog has pointed out. Two more below ribbon. Four obvious dings (could be bag marks), behind the eagle's neck as well. Without those, 64 easy.
Toning OK.

i would grade it ms63+ with a superb strike and superb surfaces. looks like a jailbreak candidate.
