Don't like the dings that BadDog has pointed out. Two more below ribbon.
Four obvious dings (could be bag marks), behind the eagle's neck as well.
Without those, 64 easy.

Toning OK.

I wouldn't really argue with a MS62 grade. The dings I pointed out are noticeable and distracting. Like I said, they would knock it down.

i would grade it ms63+ with a superb strike and superb surfaces. looks like a jailbreak candidate.
