I have one I purchased off ebay raw from a reputable dealer. It is harshly cleaned but it is a 1875 s/cc veriety AU55 cleaned by ANACS.
Looks very nice!

So, I presume you had it graded by ANACS? Buying them raw is a bit of a gamble, but looks like it paid off for you. Nice pick up.

The trade $ is definitely a pain to acquire a nice example for the type set. Nice design, but I think its scarcity without problems deters people from purchasing...in addition to it being highly counterfeited.

These are two examples I have

I would like to have a proof Trade dollar for my collection.

Wait a minute ; Why would they make proof Trade dollars if they were only intended for trade ?

Same reason they make proof ASE's which were only intended for bullion stacking, because collectors wanted them.
