Can you take pics of it at a different angle? Not seeing much cartwheel luster.

coin removed from holder. luster remains across all surfaces. kind of hard to take photos to capture it. coin does not exhibit any signs of being dipped   Edited by panzaldi

Free from marks for the most part, but kinda looks dipped. Luster is flat from the pics.

The only thing that would hold the coin from 66 would be luster.
