Tiny amount of wear on the high points of Lib's hair detail (above ear), hard to find obvious wear on the reverse.
May have lad a light dip a long time ago, not much luster in these pics.
AU55.

Still, a pleasing coin.

Mid AU grade BUT I suspect it was dipped at one time.
No toning anywhere, even in the nooks and crannies.
Plus dull surfaces.

This coin is not Mint State and as llewellin noted it might not even straight grade. Because of the impaired luster (likely from dipping) and the number of contact marks if it did straight grade I would guess AU53.

Still a valuable semi-key date it is likely worth $400 or so.

Nice coin! On the obverse, there is light wear on the cotton blossoms, cap fold, lower cotton leaves, first curl of hair above the ear, ear lobe, cheek, neck, and large bear claw. On the reverse, there is light wear on the eagle's breast, right wing (our visual left), talons, wreath, and wreath bow. In playing with the photo color, contrast, and clarity, it looks like the coin has been dipped, but original luster remains. I suspect this coin looks better in hand than in the photos. The dipping likely will not bar a straight grade. The bag marks are typical, with the most notable being the dings on the cap fold and vertically through the hair. I see no reason why these would detail the coin.

IMHO, this is a 55 straight grade.

Dipping is accepted and usually doesn't "details" a coin. Only if not done properly causing hairlines or other unintended problems.
