I Found A 2003 P Nickel With Some Sort Of Stamping Error

Concur with the expert views already stated above - this is indeed a legitimate error coin.

It's known by several names - I believe the most accurate is 'off-center strike'.

Keeper for sure ... well found during roll searching.

It's an off-center strike (or perhaps an uncentered broadstrike) in combination with a stiff collar error.
Error coin writer and researcher.

I wasn't gonna ask, but my fiance would like to know if it's worth more then 5 cents. I told her it was and she doesn't believe me. Can someone please tell me it is so I can show her? She doesn't understand my obsession with coins

Yes, it definitely worth more than 5 cents. You can probably get 15 to 20 dollars for this coin.

Looks like an uncentered broadstrike to me. I don't think any of the design is missing (But it comes pretty darn close)

Well, I have to say I started too strong. I am a novice, I'm just gonna keep looking and hope to find more. I feel like I joined something that supports me and makes me feel welcomed. This community is AWESOME!
