If the Canadian coin was a dollar coin I definitely would buy one, but as it's a larger denomination I'll pass. Not interested in the US bullion.

I will step back and agree that the poll should have had a "zero sets" option otherwise it is measuring interest only of those who do have interest. If you had 80 in the "no sets" and 6 in the "bought sets" that is significant

..and I will have mine graded (NGC) but that wasn't an option (after noting number of sets) with the early version of the poll and I can't add it now.

Only four members here have purchased sets that are (were) available). I would call that a "no interest here" vote. I still have no clue how the two collectors bought 7 US sets that are not available yet.

Fox again, has a Very obvious question, How did people order U S Sets, before anyone else was/is able to...... I heard on the CSN shopping channel that Mike N stated he was allowed to purchase and obtain, ( his words ), thousands of the Apollo sets and had them graded and in hand, just after WE were able to buy them, he was selling graded sets. ? So much for a level playing field..... [:(! ] PS, I know when a person or a group buys that kind of bulk they get a braek, price wise. I did NOT know they were afforded the benefit of receiving them BEFORE the stated actual U S Mint's release date !!!!

I hoped the 7 collectors that "purchased" US Sets would explain but that doesn't look like it will happen...I will then assume it is a "plan to buy" rather than an actual purchase..and created by the inclusion of US Sets in the revision of the poll

3 USA here.

This is one of those polls where there are simultaneously not enough and too many choices.

I just received at my door a set of the Pride of Two Nation coin set. I ordered at 9am PST, paid for one day shipping and got today. My question is this, I do not plan on reselling this set at all. I plan on adding to my collection of funny ASE. Should I have it graded? I want to open box to look at the coins to make sure there are no issues with the coins because if I cant get a PF70, I'm just wasting money, but if I open the box location pedigree will not be added to label. Will not having location pedigree hurt the value of the coin in the future?

It PROBABLY won't hurt the USA set but will hurt the RCM set. I wouldn't bother having one set graded just for the ASE.

If you end up opening the box let us know how the coins look. Post your reply in the other thread thats 20+ pages long. I'm sure others are interested as well.

My dad always told me if you can't afford to pay for something don't buy it. Meaning don't use credit.

Well, there are several Credit Cards available that are offering Zero interest and Cashback. These "deals" seem too good to me to ignore.

I was lucky because I applied, and was approved, for one of these credit cards just before the Pride sets became available. Zero interest for 15 mos. Plus 3% cashback.

You just need to make the monthly payments, so you payoff the balance while the apr. is still zero. I pay my bills online and my bank allows me to set up recurring payments so I know that I will never pay interest or fees.

Just using other people's money.

Yes, I bought a RCM set from APMEX for $256.00, I should have bought earlier direct from RCM. I think it's now not worth the effort to send them in to get graded. I think at the time, APMEX wanted $377.00 for a set of RCM PCGS 70's.
