The Cuba Company had a pretty vague name, but judging by the vignette on their stock certificate they were a large sugar cane plantation.

Here's a new pick-up that harkens back to the first post in this thread. This stock is from the South Puerto Rico Sugar Co., but it shares the same vignette as the American Sugar Refining Co. Not too surprising, since it was printed by the same company.

American Sugar Refining apparently decided to update the look of their stock certificates in the 1960s. They kept the old vignette, though.

I'm going to be sorting for some time through all the material I acquired at the National Stock & Bond Show last month. But here is a very pretty bond for the Atlantic Fruit & Sugar Co. I couldn't resist the vignette designed by A.E. Foringer.
