When you're talking about grades that high we need:
-- screen-size images
-- sharp focus

Thank you for replying. I will get a new pic uploaded tomorrow. It may not even grade at a 67 / I have Zero experience with the grading system so you guys knowledge and expertise will be much appreciated .

Keep examining as many coins as possible (preferably in hand but online certainly helps, such as through this forum) and use PCGS Photograde to improve your skills. Can u see any abrasion marks on it? I don't think you are gonna get the 67 mark.
