Sans the 2 cheek hits, I'm curious what all the MS-62ers are seeing. Looks like a sharp strike, nice luster, clean fields, and sans the cheek marks, I'm not seeing any distracting marks. I'm sticking to my 64

OK, Ty2020b and Panzaldi, you guys got it! I'm thinking your reasoning is right on as well. It's the first coin I've seen graded this high with such prominent hits on the devices, but the rest of the coin is pretty much problem-free and the coin still has good eye appeal. And yes, 52Raymo, it's a MikesMountainValues coin.  |

I disagree with NGC, but they saw it hand and I didnt I guess do you think the cheek hit would hold this coin to a 63 with the strong strike on this coin? typically a 64 would have have several minor marks and nicks so I can see how it could have been knocked a grade considering the size and position of the hit but I think the overall even strike may have contributed to the bump |

I'm thinking the unusual and powerful toning bumped it (at least) a grade.

Spot his coins a mile away. I'm not sure how he tones them but they all have that look.

Here's a completely different copper coin that also has fairly vibrant blue-green toning. Not the same but pretty bright. (More so in hand.)  Yeah, GrapeCollects, I'd like to see it in hand as well.
