How did things turn out with verifying and valuing the coins? Amazing find, by the way...
Stay well,

Quote:I was going to ask the same question. Hey remember, you had a chance to come with me to the coin shop. Took them to a couple of coin shops over the past few months. They are all real. Not surprisingly, been pretty much looking at them everyday since! These are just my non-professional ballpark figures. 1858 Flying Eagle, AU-55, $225.00 1885 Liberty nickel, VF-20, $835.00 1853 Seated Liberty dime w/arrows, F-12, $20.00 1932-D Washington quarter, AU-50, $350.00 1877 Seated Liberty Half, Variety 4, Motto Above Eagle, VG-8, $60.00

I think you're being a little conservative on the nickel...looks more like VF-30 or VF35. Can't wait for the grading results of those big 3 you have there! Very nice! smat

Yeah I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not being there to see that , but that was the day my cat became suddenly ill and I had to take her to the Animal Hospital .

Quote: Can't wait for the grading results of those big 3 you have there! I'm not submitting them. They will be going in my whitman or Dansco albums. I'm considering building sets around the nickel and quarter... Or putting them all in my type set. Quote: but that was the day my cat became suddenly ill and I had to take her to the Animal Hospital. Hope your cat is better.
