If the areas are raised, it would be some sort of die damage. Kind of interesting to find it on a specially produced coin.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

I'm leaning towards the few others in saying a die chip. Look how it appears on the shoulder, in line with that above the Y. Add the fact that it is raised.

100% NOT a die chip. Appears incuse and its shape and location is not typical of die breaks. And I'm not too sure about strike through either, I don't see how a strike through would just stop between the Y and the collar.
Leaning towards this being some sort of mint damage. Seems like higher relief areas are more heavily affected. And it looks like there is similar marks on the rim in the last photo.

Looks to me like a scrape. I think it is PSD.

it could be a strike through a broken fragment, better photos will be required, to be sure.

Somehow got damaged before being put in the plastic. Look at the right side of the cent, also has a ding in the field and the rim is damaged. Would like to see a picture of the whole set......The Denver mints sets I've seen have the red backing board. Or is it some kind of Lincoln Cent set?
