As mentioned, not a double die, but a nice RPM!

That's a great RPM. One of my favorites.

D/D references a repunched mintmark, not a doubled die.

"RPM not a D/D (doubled Die)."

I understand the title of this post, D/D to mean "D over D", not as doubled die as some have assumed. D/D/D would be a triple repunch. That is my understanding but I could be wrong. It seems to be the way attributions are commonly listed from what I have seen.
Nice one!

A re-punched mint mark is called an RPM.
A doubled die is called a doubled die or a DDO or a DDR.

That is correct, an RPM. If you notice the descriptions on these RPM's such as those used by Copper Coins, you will see notations like D/D North, D/D East, D/D/D, etc.
I am quite certain that this is what the OP was referring to in the title. Not implying a doubled die. Especially when there was no such suggestion in his/hers inquiry.

D/D North makes a lot more sense than just D/D when referencing an RPM. The OPs' title is just confusing, and it happens a lot more here on CCF than it should...IMHO.
