Quote: Now we need a West Point mint version. I also wonder if they will be doing the San Francisco business strikes this time.

My plan is to buy 2 each of the mint and silver mint sets, one to keep in OGP and the other to crack open and put into a Dansco?(?) album I may have to find blank quarter album and pages and label them myself going forward unless a miracle happens and Dansco get its act together...

Quote: They are (well kind of - in uncirculated finishes)... P D and S mints: Interesting. So the only way to get S-mint quarters is to buy a three roll P-D-S set for $54.00. Previously for the S-mint ATB Quarters, you could get single rolls, 100-coin bags, or a three roll set. This might be something to watch.

Interesting. Hopefully my go-to dealer at the local show will still be buying rolls so I can get them individually as I a like to do. I doubt he would mine having to buy all three mints together.

Quote: So the only way to get S-mint quarters is to buy a three roll P-D-S set for $54.00 Well you do have a few options, get the 3 roll set and sell, take your 1 or 2 S mint coin for your collection and then sell off the rest on ebay at $1.50-$3.00 each and recoup your money, OR spend the rest on laundry and soda from a vending machine (the expensive way). reselling each on the bay at $1.50 If you manage to sell just 40 coins, you will have $60.00, So if you take only 2 S coins out and sell the remaining 118 coins at $1.50 each you will end up with $177.00 (minus ebay charges and initial investment of $54.00). Just make the buyer pay shipping.

I like my option best. Let a dealer buy the bulk and I will gladly pay him a small premium to get what I need.

Right now I'm not too keen about the designs, but I'll hold off opinion until I see them in hand.

That's what I did for the S-mint ATB Quarters, and now for the P&D Innovation dollars. I plan on keeping up with the P&D Women Quarters through the annual Mint Set, but I haven't decided if I'll go for the S quarters as well..

Yes they are business strikes, but I think they are NIFC. Like the Kennedy half.
