Maybe, I have from the mint like I show, and by our discussions the argue the fact that in envelope is took SMS. They (Mint) sad some off the late production was put in envelope with notification S. S (special sets). It is true or just a justification? I have no Idea, but I has some collectors which compare what I have with theirs envelope and say "I am far from the SMS". One day we will elucidate.

@ silviosi
The holder you are showing us is from 1966.
They are easy to open
The mint issued SMS in these holders in 1966 & 1967

I am having trouble making an attribution of you 65 SMS using your photos. I see a lot of reflection and glare doubling. I do think it may look most like the 65 SMS DDR-003. Attached are a couple of photos of the reverse and obverse of the DDR-003.

Thanks atrox001, the obverse looks identical to me. I will try and figure out a better way to take pics of it without glare, which may be playing tricks on my eyes and my cheap usb microscope...The star doubling is hard to see unless at the right angle.. I have 4 more sets of these but I dont see anything on those......any tips for pics? I have tried paper, plastic bags and different light sources incuding mighty brite led. How do you take your pics if you dont mind sharing? Until I figure a better way to capture it I will set it aside in it's capsule. I really appreciate your help and looking!

gsp193...here is a photo of my set up. I use a halogen desk lamp covered with white material and take photos through my scope, with an old Nikon COOLPIX 4300 camera. Sometimes it helps to tilt the coin a little bit towards the light source.

You might try angling it a bit with a ramp:

It might help remove the the hot spot, or add another layer of paper to disuse the image a bit more. Maybe looping a bit from the light to prevent a fire from happening?

Heres a few more pics, I have been trying to filter the light better. I used a ramp on a few pics still can't get pics to show the top stars like they look through the scope. I do not see anything on the stars above Half Dollar so I am not sure about it. Thanks for looking.
