Quote: Bottom line is, there are no laws against using your own service in order to sell your own coins. There might be if you design your product to deceive. Millions have been lost doing that. There are definitely " ebay laws" against it though. Ask him, he just had a bunch taken down.

@ racingshootist IMO your arrogance and ignorance will doom you to failure or mediocrity at best. Your posting here only served to tarnish your image.

ebaish is a bottom basement market, far to many scammers on that site it has been getting worst over the years, I can see that most here are servants of ebay, good stay there. Now there are so many superior digital platforms that can be used to sell on. I see a pick has of PCCS coin has been posted but I would of love to have the same in ICCS slab posted beside it.

After a bit of sleuthing, this is apparently the worldwide headquarters of PCCS.

I think that comment was directed at ICCS, not PCCS. Angus Coin Shop does have a website, but there is no indication that they offer a grading service. They're clearly the same outfit as PCCS; in one of their responses to ebay feedback they call themselves "Angus Coin Shop/PCCS." It appears that they're in the same bucket as NNC and any other basement slabbers, and not a "new grading company" as the topic implies.

Like NNC who got into serious "legal" trouble, PCCS will soon follow. They copy established TPG's and hope to hook newbies or people who believe photos and descriptive words rather than any knowledge/research. You can take their grades and subtract at least 5.

Seller probably just happens to have one. They're also selling ICCS, CCCS and Accugrade coins.

It is listed with no grade in the listing title, and classified as "uncertified". So I don't think it breaks ebay rules.

No numerical grade in the title or description. ebay rules also state the numerical grade should not appear in the photo, but I think they are more lenient in that requirement. I think that one's good to go, let the market decide. Not the best pics but the coin appears to be EF45, so the grading is no further out of whack than some of the approved TPG's. If that black spot is actually on the coin it should be mentioned.
