Even without a closeup image, that doubling in LIBERTY and IGWT is easily visible. Great find!

There is strong Machine Doubling on the right side of the devices on the obverse and on the right side of the reverse devices. But it is a DDO with Machine Doubling.

Great find! And I see no strong Machine Doubling anywhere on this coin, just an excellent example of a strong DDO.

Congrats on a great find.

I've gotta agree with TB. I can't see any MD either.
(There are some die flow lines towards the perimeter but nothing that detracts from this being a great find.)

sweet.

i remember when this one was discovered. people were loosing their minds.

i was at ANA summer seminar that year. a guy in my class had a mint bag of cents and was checking them while the class was going on. dude started going crazy one day. he found something stupid like 150 of them (they were selling for maybe $100 each at that time). he gave me one that I still have today.

fun times.
