Yeah, but if you look at answers 1 & 6 as being "pro", answers 2, 3, and 7 as "con", and 4 & 5 as "neutral", then it's 19 to 12 against

I kept one of each of the first year.......then cashed in all the rest.....and will cease collecting a roll of each President forever more.........the money is best spent elsewhere for me.

Total "cash-in".......$125.00

I didn't look for any errors though !.......

Who thinks I should get rid of the four "first year" rolls ?

I just checked with Carnac the Magnificent, and he had an answer from his mayonaise jar. they will spend now with better results than what they will bring in 100 years

Open the rolls and save 10 of each president in a dollar tube (or 5 of each president from each year (07, 08, and 09).

Hmmmm......get rid of the 1st year too ?......One BU D roll of the first 4 Presidents ?
I found out this weekend that my Nephew only has 3 Presidential dollars in his Album that I gave him.....I started him with the first two in there already and at that time that was all that was out. Giving them to my sister to give to him to put in there every three months HAS NOT BEEN WORKING OUT APPARANTLY !....

So, now I have to either go back and see if I have the ones he's missing......if they're in the first year, I can/will break those 1st year rolls to do it.......the 2nd year however......I ALREADY CASHED THOSE IN !..........I may have some extra singles from '08......I may not....

I just gave him (to my sister aganin and she put it in her purse) the latest President......so he has 4 of 9 Presidents......gotta see to it he keeps on top of this !....

I guess I'll be cashing in the 1st year too......I might save a few singles of that first year....dunno.....the 2nd year rolls are all gone now though.

Well have to count the rolls when I get home but probably have about $1500 maybe $3000 in president rolls I have been thinking cash them in buy silver but just not sure what to do.

Also think maybe I should cash in the $3000 or more I have in State Quarter rolls cound get allot of silver eagles between the two.

They do make me happy knowing they are there but the safe is running out of room.

Have to maybe buy another gun safe for my guns now that I have grand sons.

That will make the wife happy not yet something else ARE YOU CRAZY guess I am but it makes me happy.

I buy a roll, D Mint, from my bank for each new Presidential dollar.

Also have a Dansco PDS Album.

Not sure why I like the Presidential program. Maybe just the historian in me.

No matter what, it's $25 stashed away under the mattress for each roll.

And with the direct ship program, the mint will send you $250 for $250 and ship free, that's how I'm getting the one's I don't have. Then I take the $225 and pay my credit card bill.

I would like to get a roll of D for each.

Is there anyone that wants to set up a trade?

I have done a 180 degree turnaround from what I posted earlier. Financial times are tough, and I'm at an age where rolls of Presidential dollars aren't going to benefit me.

So, the rolls have been spent. I still have the Dansco Album, but only a handful of coins are in it, and no proofs.

As mentioned, I love history, but there are better ways to enjoy it (books) than stashing away rolls of coins.

So, I'm out of the Prez coin thing, but Good Luck to those who continue on with the series.

No one use's them and there are way to many not rare at all yet the time and effort isn't worth it imo I collect the proofs only but if you like the chase of the hunt and the ms rolls then go for it you never know they just might destroy them if no one uses them and that might make them of value in several years!
