I am at 45 as well. There appears to be some scratching under the toning on both obv and rev, and the rev shows wear on the upper portion of the wings. It is a nice specimen for this series which is "undercollected" IMHO.

throw away the TV, thats worthless for grading.
first thought was AU50. I think the coin had an old cleaning. the halos around the stars are substantial. I'm betting it graded straight

My first thought was also AU-50. XF-45 or AU-53 would not surprise me either.

I was going to say 45 but AU-50 doesn't surprise me. Wonderful coin! congrats. If you don't mind disclosing, how much did it cost?

Congrats on your first one.  Watch out, they are addicting and can get rather expensive.  Based wear and scratches you can see on true view, I'm at a high XF45.
