I had a feeling something was off with it. Thank you for your time. Have you ever seen a 43 steel penny with toning like that?

Agree likely reprocessed with some undetermined environmental toning, just worth face value.

The pics are out of focus, hard to see much. It's highly unusual for these to tone. The surfaces do not look re-plated to me. The coin appears to be MS, most of the re-plated coins are AU and lower in my experience. Without clearer pictures, it's hard to say much more.

Much better pictures, not re-plated IMO. I don't see the RPM either....it's actually a cool coin with that toning! How about a better picture of the reverse too?
