The edge looks like every other quarter. I have a box of about 2000 quarters sitting next to me and they all look the same. Even the weight is the same.

Suggest not handling the coin with what appear to be metal tweezers--may leave unwanted nicks and scratches.

The coin came out of a roll. Appears to be well circulated.

It is probably a Magician's coin. I believe I can see the seam inside the rim of the RI side.

Must be a Magician's coin, with a fine seamaround the perimeter on one side or the other.

I agree with jbuck , it's a Magician's coin, you can see the seam on the Rhode Island side adjacent to the rim.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Don't know if you want to be bouncing coins on a hardwood surface but.........with magicians coins, they have been known to separate from each other by doing just that.
